The website processes the information needed to display vehicles, calculate a quotation, protect forms and remember the selected language. Security and language storage are necessary for the requested service.

When you confirm an online quotation, the website records the selected vehicle, rental dates, pick-up location, calculated pricing and a technical reference. That step does not request your name, email address or phone number and is not a reservation.

After confirmation, contact continues through WhatsApp. Information you send there is handled through WhatsApp's service and its own privacy terms as well as by the agency for responding to your request.

Google Analytics 4 is disabled by default. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics in the cookie panel. Refusing analytics does not affect the website or quotation flow.

When enabled, Google Analytics measures public-page visits and interactions and reports approximate location, browser and device information, and session statistics. We do not send customer names, phone numbers, quotation references, or administrator activity to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

If accepted, GA4 normally sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and preserve session state. Google's default lifetime is up to two years, subject to browser limits and earlier withdrawal.

If newsletter sign-up is available and you submit your email address, it is used only to send the offers and news you requested. The form reports when the service is unavailable and does not claim to store an address that was not accepted.

You can accept or refuse analytics with equal access to the site. Use Cookie settings at the bottom-left of any public page to change your decision. Withdrawing consent removes the site's Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the tag.
